Additional informationРеалізація товару проводиться на умовах внесення покупцем забезпечувального платежу в якості забезпечення виконання своїх зобов'язань у розмірі 5% від загальної вартості товару, вказаної в договорі. Внесений забезпечувальний платіж не є оплатою товару і повертається покупцеві після повної оплати товару та вивезення обумовленого договором обсягу товару протягом 20 (двадцяти) календарних днів з дати передачі продавцем останньої партії товару покупцеві. Продавець має право на розірвання договору в односторонньому порядку внаслідок порушення покупцем умов оплати або обсягів та строків вивезення товару, внесений забезпечувальний платіж покупцеві не повертається і переходить у власність продавця як штрафна санкція. На підставі письмової згоди покупця забезпечувальний платіж зараховується в якості оплати останньої погодженої до відвантаження партії товару (зокрема також в разі відпуску товару по допустимому толерансу в сторону збільшення).
