AnswerПредметом аукціону є майно акціонерного товариства «Українська залізниця», що відчужується на виконання розпорядження Кабінету Міністрів України від 14.07.2025 № 705-р (для службового користування). Враховуючи, що зазначене розпорядження Кабінету Міністрів України містить службову інформацію, доступ до неї можливий з урахуванням положень Типової інструкції про порядок ведення обліку, зберігання, виконання і знищення документів та інших матеріальних носіїв інформації, що містять службову інформацію, затвердженої постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 19.06.2016 № 736. В паспорті активу міститься інформація стосовно порядку та місця ознайомлення з документами по лоту (у тому числі щодо майна, яке пропонується до відчуження). Разом з тим, особи які виявили бажання ознайомитись з документами по лоту мають таку можливість.
